I hate fixes that seem so easy to do, yet come 3 years after they were needed.
Ok wow that's a pretty kickass buff to the Quick-Fix. It's still not the perfection it was in the Beta but still that's pretty good.

Lotus' servers have a votekick/voteban mod so players can make temporary admin decisions without an admin around. From what I've experienced it's often abused by sore losers to remove good players.
