I was playing some Payload on defense the other day as a scout, right, and out of nowhere Carnage connects onto the other team. In case you don't know who Carnage is, he's the #1 competitive scout in the world. You might know him from this series of videos

I, and my team, got absolutely destroyed, and he wasn't even playing scout, he was playing soldier. It was absolutely no contest, his aim was 100% and he was getting 4+ consecutive airshots on people.
I added him afterwards and he told me some stuff about playing scout. A p. cool guy, actually.
Have you guys met anyone from the competitive circuit?

I played agaisnt CyZeR and Casey on tf2f a lot, but other then that i've met a lot of comp people that no one will recognize.
I hate faggots that think that they're better than pubbers and rage when pubbers dominate them, so they ragequit.
Other than that, there are some that are quite cool

No, I don't know any nor do I particularly care.
Every competitive player I've ever met was an asshole, so I don't really like them. I'm sure there's some nice ones out there though.

Real competitive players don't insults pubs because they know that the majority people don't play TF2 competitively.
Never cared about them, I only see a bunch of passworded servers for cp_badlands and cp_freight.
And whenever I say 'internet badass incoming' after they get too fucking serious they get mad and try to ragekick me.
I've played with a lot of them. Most of them aren't assholes, however there are a few that are extremely annoying to play with.

i haven't played with any well known competitive players
i can tell because every player i run into is a complete asshole that tries way too hard to be "pr0"
and if they die once they either start micspamming or press y and start banging on their keyboard
GT3, he was the scout I looked up to, he has the same playstyle as me, so now I'm fake nicking GT3, only because he changed his name
Yes. They've all been dicks both inside the game and outside of it.
I saw a guy named Jaeger and he wasn't actually the real guy and he was using hacks.

He ALWAYS headshots scouts with the huntsman, even in Achievement_chamber's (the main map the GMG servers play on) heavy fog effects that blind you. We've watched his huntsman kill videos. He pretty much knows where a scout is, where hes running, and where to release his arrow just by common knowledge, and skill. Boom scout with a arrow in his face.

He ain't a competitive user.
And the huntsman relies on the target moving into the arrow, so he doesn't exactly deserve all the credits if his opponents are predictable and terrible
Yep, two old div 2 players a few years back.
One went pyro and the other demo but they couldn't make it out the spawn as everyone on the other team was camping it, they raged so hard on the mic.
