Dangerous Stick Unlock?

Me and my friend where playing on our lan server when he gets an unlock called "Dangerous Stick"

Can anybody explain?

and we're both admins so was it maybe a command that makes it LOOk like he unlocked something?

Unlocks are usually in gold text, if I'm not mistaken.

Valve stuff is purple, Dups were green now are yellow, you can use console commands as I stated above.

There's a plugin that makes it so admins can type in /fakeitem "username" "item text here" and it displays it, and that's the wrong color for unlocks.

Some time ago (2 months?) people found a command with which they could make fake messages with items out of the tf_english.txt (or whatever the file is called). I guess this is fixed by now?

AFAIK, they didn't fix it, but the server I usually play made doing it bannable because it would clog up the console logs. So I was the last one on that server that did it without getting banned. I haven't seen anyone do it in months.
