TF2b updates faster, got nice icons and loads fast, But TF2items have got history of backpack.
Tf2items for trading, tf2b for weapon/hat pictures
TF2items, better, less chaotic overlay
TF2Items.
Better interface, better (stock) icons, shows actual paint can colors, loadout menu.
Both.
I like more TF2b because of the icons, but the backpack history of TF2items is a nice feature.

TF2B always. So much nicer and simpler. Shugo's icons look pretty and they're a nice size. Also shows paint colours on hats. Also, you can get Default icons on TF2B, just use the drop down Menu on the right.
I don't see much of a difference at all in Shugo's icons.

They're consistent as they're all facing the left slightly.

tf2b. Just looks cleaner.
tf2b looks better and updates instantly, but it lacks trading. So yeah.
I use both:
-TF2B has awesome icons and nice interface, all in one page and has links to the official TF2Wiki for the item descriptions.
-TF2Items looks exactly like the in-game backpack and has the attributes of the items in the descriptions. Plus, you also can see your current loadout and check your backpack history.
TF2b all the way.
I say both have their good and bad sides.
I usually use TF2B because it's faster when it comes to updating item list.
TF2Items is good for finding trading matches and crafting recipes (although people can be asses).
TF2B. I want to see whole 4 pages on 1 page.
They each have their own advantages and disadvantages.
