I'd like to hear some of your guys' theories on how things like the axtinguisher work. I don't wan't a "It's a game" response; just some ideas you guys might have. :science:
The Axtinguisher's barb wire is rubbed in oil, making it explode when making contact with fire. It's also made of stone, making the slashes duller, thus causing lower damage.
Good luck telling me how the Medi-gun works.
The medigun uses.. uh.. fuck it I dunno
Good luck telling me how the Medi-gun works.
Vapor consisting of chemicals found in painkillers, anti-depressants, vaporised adrenaline, vitamins, minerals, morphine and tequila.
The sticky launcher has a spring in it, that's what you hear when you charge it up, and when demoman pulls that pump-stick thing, it loads more sticky bombs in from that giant green thing. There's a detonator in demoman's empty eye socket, and he blinks to make it detonate.

Backburner oh shit
Good luck telling me how the Medi-gun works.
We do not have the technology to explain the Medigun. TF2 is set in a retro futuristic Bond-esque 60's Spy movie, weapons such as Medic's Medigun, Spy's cloaking devices and Engineer's teleporters are possible due to the idea that in this game, secret technology that has yet to be discovered (or revealed) in our world exists. However on how it works, I'd guess it uses some form of radiation to rapidly regrow the missing/damaged cells of the patient. The tracking of the radiation (heal) beam perhaps is caused by some homing device deciding and predicting the direction the patient is moving.

Backburner's shape helps directly form the flames into a shape that directly shapes into the back's form, making it burn like a bitch. Oh shit what did I just do. directly shape, shape directly. I didn't even notice.
Teleporters work by spinning so fast that it flings you in the speed of light into the air and you always have a 100% chance of landing exactly on the other one which explains telefragging you squish them to death.
There's a tiny inflatable version of yourself in the clockwork, and sensors in your suit that detect bullets and other impacts. When the suit senses an impact, it hardens and makes the clockwork release the dummy and makes an array of LED's on your suit display what a camera on the other side sees, thus rendering you invisible and protected when an impact occurs as well as the releasing of a decoy.
The jarate is made of Australian piss, which we all know contains a high percentage of acid, and when the enemy is soaked in jarate, it makes them take more damage because their defences are weaker, but it's not sour enough to harm the enemy with a noticeable amount of damage!
the sandvitch is swarming in a micro virus that has a similar prorpety to stem cells. They seek out wounds via the hormones released that transmit the pain signal and then replicate themselves into the cells detected nearby, thus healing any wound. It also tastes delicious.
Shovel kills people by blunt force trauma.
Bonk drink is 99% radioactive isotope and 1% radioactive water, When drank it radiates you so much that you gain a blur and cannot be hit with anything even though you could be standing still. After a few seconds all of the radioactive-ness is gone and you will begin to slow down due to radiation to the legs, This will fix after a few seconds though
Er...magic?
I think the backburner works by heating up the metal "head", making it deal more damage when it catches people unaware (aka from behind) The FaN works by miniature jet engines inside the shells which are activated upon firing.
teleporter works by deconstructing you into millions of separate pixels, Then all the pixels are moved to the exit through the skybox where they are re-constructed at the exit. Sometimes things go wrong and only half of the subject is re-constructed at the exit...
The Ambassador's boolets are extremely big and pointy, and they are swathed in a chemical that is extremely reactive to brain matter. Once this chemical and brainmatter reach eachother, an electric shock is shot through the boolet.
Back burner works like so: a spy places pieces of metal with sensors in the other teams coats, And when the back burner is fired near one they heat up, Doing more damage from behind
How does the equelizer work :smug:
How does the equelizer work :smug:
The Equalizer works with little microbes on the handle that react to blood with strains of adrenaline forced into your skin. Who's :smug: now.
How does the equelizer work :smug:
The solider increases ON PURPOSE his speed and power when he has low health to defend his life be cause he can't run to a med-kit or a magical locker because if fighting is all in victory then you must FIGHT
The Equalizer works with little microbes on the handle that react to blood with strains of adrenaline forced into your skin. Who's :smug: now.
how does the sandman work :downs:
He gets a splinter / -15 hp
how does the sandman work :downs:
The scout's baseball bat bag also holds baseballs, but he has trouble fussling with the bag, so it takes long for him to get one out. And it works by him throwing it in the air, hitting it, and it flying into someone's cranium, making them have a painful headache. :downs:
