tf2 is getting bland and i only get on for about 10-20 minutes at a time now. how do i get more enjoyment out of it? also if you have any fun servers with a good community/good map rotation post it here
Stop playing for the items and start playing for fun.
Empty your backpack to the community so the hats and foolishness doesn't et in your way. Then, play easy with the knowledge that your generosity probably made someone's day.
If you can't play more than 10 minutes at a time, you probably don't enjoy tf2 at all.

If your computer can handle it, turn up the settings. Makes it more fun imo.

Anyway, OP, I suggest you try some fun mods or maybe an allcrit server for a bit. The latter makes regular TF2 so much more fun because you realize how much less idiotic most players are.

Play the classes you've played least until now. That's how I started playing soldier and now it's one of my favorites.

This and play something else for a change.
- come up with new tactics and item combinations, get creative
- vary between "fun" sets like Demoknight or Spyper and more serious setups
- be inspired by YouTube videos like DispleasedEskimo's tauntkill compilations and try it out yourself
- try out fun servers with mods
- play something else or try a different hobby, maybe you'll get interested in TF2 after some time, if not it's just a game anyway and forgetting about it won't behead you.
use weapons you dont use like the pain train or fan or w/e

Try to taunt kill everyone in the server.
You may just need a break from TF2 for a while. I've played from summer 08 to summer 09, at that time I just didn't feel like playing anymore. Then I started playing again a couple months ago and I'm having more fun than ever.
make a goal to have dominations with the entire oppisite team.
with a huntsman.
Play some TF2ware servers. I got bored of standard TF2 and decided to join a TF2ware server, not only is it TF2ware but it usually has some more fun mods like Zombie Fortress or Prophunt, even Fort Wars which is the best imo.
