I need help at knowing which settings I should run TF2 on.

My specifications are:

Windows 7 enterprise, 32bit

AMD athlon 64 X2 6000, 32 °C celcius at idle, 40-45 °C in tf2.

RAM 2.0GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 360MHz 5-5-5-18

ATI Radeon HD 3800 Series (ATI) 37 °C Idle

So, would have been cool if you guys could help me by telling what resolution is should use, etc.

Basically to get a good looking but smooth running tf2.

Righclick tf2 > Properties > Set Launch Options...

You can max it out easily.

If you get low framerates when lots of stuff is going on, it's because of the CPU, lowering settings won't help that.
