Delete the files that make up the HUD.
Look in the folder for the HUD for the files you need to delete if you don't already know which they are.
If all else fails, just delete the whole Team Fortress 2 folder. It'll be restored from the gcf next time you start.

Would be smarter to delete say the materials folder.
Because that's where it's located.
Delete the resources folder.
Flames hud is .res file edits.

Well just look in the Resource folder, It is just fonts and the rest is UI, Isn't it?

1.redownload the skin
2.look at the filles
3.find the filles and delete them which are in "materals"
4.have fun

You get a bad reading. It was already stated that the mod is stored in resource, not materials.
Delete the 'tf' folder.
