The background on the BLU demoman one looks horrible. Take a close look and you'll see why.

Actually, take a look at all the BLU ones, they have that weird wavy line thing going on.

At first glance, they're pretty good. Then I looked closer, and saw random grey/blue lines and stuff all over the recoloured parts. Ugh...

I've seen some pretty poor recolours, but these take the cake. Why did you use a brush to do it? Why not seperate the recolourable parts into different layers, then use the Hue tool on those layers? You'd have a much, much cleaner effect.

It looks like you got some weirdass brush on low alpha and spammed it.
