That is what the Gentlemanne's version of the Sandvich would be, IMO.

It was mainly made it for killing people with a sandwich, But I think it also helps out the Heavy who likes to work without being babysitted by his team/medic.
Sounds overpowered to the max.

What if you take both Sandvich and The Club? If you are lucky enough, you could become a good meat shield.

You only get one effect (unless you are VERY lucky and get the Super Lunch). If you don't take the shotgun, you are left with only the Minigun for (semi)reliable defense up close, and the effect can only be used once a minute.
Each of the effects helps him in their own way:
+Attack - Suddenly Heavy becomes a bit more effective at range, and against those who like exploiting cover
+Defense - It's basically an instant overheal without the additonal healing
+Speed - Imagine a slightly faster Scout with 180 more health, a weaker Scattergun (if he brought the Shotgun) or Club, and no double jump for 10 seconds. Also good for get-aways
+Super Lunch - A huge, glowing Russian is barreling at you at inhuman speeds ready to beat you to death with a super sandwich (and ONLY the sandwich).

It doesn't sound like there's enough of a downside for this to be a melee sidegrade. I don't think anyone would pick fists or KGB again if this was in the game. Kinda like the Axetinguisher.

Yeah, I can't really imagine something much funnier than a "Tank" Heavy going around killing people with a meal while the tune of a great conductor plays.
