Alright I want to go against bots. So I set up a listen server and there were no bot options like in CSS.
So I checked the commands. And I didn't notice anything. Just add bot and some other irrelevant commands.
How can I add AI ?

Wait.. they stay still but they are more intelligent though. A medic started healing a demoman. But they just stay in the spawn. Game starts and everything.
What map are you playing?
They are only good on maps that have navigation meshes, which currently only covers official KoTH maps.

They only work on KOTH maps.
Use nav_generate on other maps. I play on cp_toy_fort
Guide:
Open a map
in console: sv_cheats 1
in console: nav_generate
then the map will restart
after that, Spawn bots and they will move freely
Some bots like to hang around in spawn until setup time is over too.
I didn't know there was bots without AI
Yeah, there are. They just sit still, or run in a single direction. They can mimic the player with a console command.
Yup I did nav_generate and I can now play on dustbowl.
But some classes don't work. Snipers just stay in their spawn.
Snipers dont move because they see that that is a safe sniping spot, But there are no enemies.
Spies dont disguise and run into the battle with revolvers, Engis build in some weird places sometimes, All bots can see through disguises, soldiers cannot rocket jump, ect, ect

Last time i checked they saw straight through and shot me. Cant wait to play spie now :D
I like bots. They don't yell at me as soon as I fail at something...
Bots are awesome. Fun to play as a spy.
