TF2 Moment of the Week: And now for something completely different.

Greetings, fellow Facepunchers! I am TamiyaGuy, creator of the "Team Fortress 2: Moment of the Week" series, and I have created this thread to share with you yet another two of my favourite Moments of recent times.
The first, contrary to tradition, wasn't filmed on the Facepunch server. Instead, it was filmed on various other "serious" servers. However, I still like to think of it as my magnum opus of the "MotW" series.
TF2 Moment of the Week: Episode 32
In the heat of battle, it is easy to forget that every single thing in Team Fortress 2 has been created through many hours of work and effort. Every little polygon, every particle effect, every pixel of texture has had someone, somewhere, slaving over it, trying to get it perfect. And to be honest, the only way to truly appreciate the skill and work involved is to slow everything down by sixteen times and play Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata"

This one, however, very much conforms to the Moment of the Week tradition: Filmed on the Facepunch UK server, with a ton of pretty cool guys, all wielding meleé weapons and generally acting chivalrous.
TF2 Moment of the Week: Episode 33
The Frying Pan is, to all intents and purposes, identical to the Bottle. It does the same damage, has the same range, and has the same fire rate. But we cannot help but notice a certain satisfaction, a certain 'je ne sais quoi' about using it. Maybe it's the brilliant sounds, maybe it's the sheer fact that you're smacking stuff with a frying pan, but we here love to create an absolute pandemonium with this weapon.

Well, gentlemen (and gentlewomen, if such beings exist on the Internet), I hope you enjoy this new selection of Moments! I shall see you all on the battlefield, meleé weapons in hand.
I buy all my pans from the Pann-Co Store.
I liked the one with the pannage.
You need to play when I'm on more Tamiya
get my fucking amazing voice back into MotW
Not enough pan.
after I saw this, I finally decided the frying pan lying in my inventory has an use
10 minutes later, I was the 3rd best man on the server, and BLU team was Pan Bros

I could not agree with you more. When we are both on, we shall be commanders, we shall be brothers in arms, we shall be... unstoppable.

Hmm, an interesting conundrum. Admittedly, there were less Pannings Per Second (PPS) in MotW33 than there were Gottams Per Second (GPS) in MotW30, but we wouldn't want everyone's favourite server crashing from an overdose of panning, now, would we?

Splendid to hear, fine sir! I aim to convert as many people as possible to a Pan Bro. Maybe the Pan harbours some mystical power which enables you to kill more people than ever before, who knows, but one thing's for sure: It's well worth a try.

He seem to like frying pans.
We need mod for this pan. Pannn pann pannn!
After watching this video I want Frying Pan so hard
Heh. I'm the Medic who decided to pocket the crazy "PAN" screamer. :buddy:
Pan bros for lyfe. Went on a 7-kill panstreak and earned a tactical pan strike. Everyone lost.
Great videos! The first one was awesome and second was pantastic.
I need to play with you guys, next month, I'm getting 300 ping in all TF2 servers and my kitten bit through my mic's wire.
Paaaan!
I wish you could use it as any class
Tamiya, the first MotW is still my favorite one :frogc00l:

Well, to be frank, I can't blame you. You were just amazing then, and you continue to be so.
But seriously? Not even 16x slow-motion with Beethoven in the background can match your awesome Huntsman skills? Dammit, I might as well give up now.

Hmmm, I smell a YouTube remix.
*angry faic* ..... PAAAAAAN!
When are these usually shot? I'm on the east coast so I can usually join with ~100 ping. But it's always a bunch of seriousness going on.
