The plot thickens.

Apparently a quote from The Adventures of the Copper Beeches, A Sherlock Holmes story
I still only have a banana.
afaik, AIN files are not bot navigation, they're deprecated, NAV is bot navigation
Damn it, now the nine pipe problem will be even harder to get your hands on with trading.
Late as fuck.

you'll find robin and gabe having a tea party
I should take pictures of little papercraft TF2 models inside it.
"Think of the deeds of hellish cruelty, the hidden wickedness which may go on, year in, year out, in such places, and none the wiser."
Is that the only thing is says, does it make sense to anyone?
Wear sherlock holmes items > get sherlock holmes quote. Seems pretty dead end.
Did anyone try wearing other full sets while looking at the new items?
Just found a banana skin. Have no idea what to do with it.

Don't think it works.
"Think of the deeds of hellish cruelty, the hidden wickedness which may go on, year in, year out, in such places, and none the wiser."
"...hellish cruelty..." might refer to the Pyro love for fire and possible (really) mad side.
"...hidden wickedness..." refer to the hidden side of the Pyro.
Who knows what the Pyro did in the past! He might have done things the other mercenaries wouldn't have thought of ever doing.
"...none the wiser." Maybe the Pyro is the smartest of all. Or it might just mean that no matter what crime you've ordered, you aren't wiser then the one who did it. Might refer to all the TF2 cast of both mercenaries and NPCs.
But I might be wrong...
None the wiser may suggest that the video could have little to no info on who the Pyro is, even if they tease it a lot.
In either case, I will probably not get the last two items, but at least I got a clean Noh Mercy and a High Five taunt out of it.

It's kind of a given that the Pyro will remain a mystery. If Meet the Pyro answers any questions about the Pyro's origins or identity, it will only raise more questions in its wake. Of which, they will never be answered.
The mystery of the Pyro is a part of its character, removing that mystery will make the character very different to those who have known the TF2 cast for any length of time.

I don't really care about "The dude(ette) behind the mask" so much that Valve really really outdid themselves with the last series of videos. Meet the Pyro is hopefully going to be the greatest three minutes of video they will ever have beamed into my eyeballs.

Maybe it will be longer than 3 minutes....I hope it will be.

I think they can show a background story to what made the monster without showing his real identity at all.
