Does anyone know where the original picture of this is?

I've been wanting to set [url=http://www.fpsbanana.com/guis/16504]this old piece of concept art[/url] as my background, but I can't find the picture. I did a couple google searches, and I searched the early TF2 blog posts, but I can't find it anywhere.

If anyone could post it here, I'd appreciate it.

The largest version I could find was here:

But it looks like it's resized so there's probably a larger version somewhere.

I've been looking for a high-resolution image of that for a long time aswell, maybe a Valve employee knows where the original is.
