Since i am a complete idiot at anything that is related with modding my games, i would appreciate if someone could turn this into a spray for TF2.

Oh and the spray ingame will be VERY fast.It cycles through frames at a pre-set rate, no way to change it.

You could always add every frame in 5 times, that would probably slow it down.

There's a file size limit, that would be out of the question.

If you do it the right way you can set the speed yourself.

You are completely wrong, go ahead and try it yourself if you don't believe me, but it is not possible to slow the spray down without adding frames which would make it go over the file size limit.
Then make the images smaller
if i'm not wrong, image at 1/2 size = double the frames?
It's already at 128x128, if you want to make it smaller go ahead and try.

Get the above things (I don't know it is)
Get VTFEdit
Get Paint.net (or Photoshop)
Get your spray working
