While in-game my v_models constantly flicker with no real pattern, I've tried disabling all my high detail configs but that hasn't changed anything.
The only way I can fix it is by enabling and disabling v_models every time I die, anyone know what could be causing this and a possible solution?
My drivers are at the newest version, I have a GTX 285.
Verify game files?
Tried that, didn't help. I'll do it again just incase.
Turn on Multicore Rendering in the options menu, thats what I had to do to fix mine,
It's because of the thread command in your autoconfig, if you copied it from that one thread ages ago
You should actually probably delete the "-threads" command if you have it autoconfig, that's what I have done also
Well.. I don't know what I did, but it worked. Multicore was already on and I reset my gameconfig file so.. v:v:v
I have a similar problem, but I have it where the last few seconds on an animation (i.e. getting the spies watch out) loop.

You used an old or outdated config that set that to 1.
High detail config settings sometimes get stuck.
