not to be pessimistic, but out of all the major updates we've gotten, theres only 2 examples you give? as much as I want an awesome major update w/ MtP, stirring the pot for no reason gets people excited, then quickly disappointed. I hope you're right about it though.

Those are the last two technical posts they've done, the one before that, the itemtest one, was a week after Australian Christmas.
They don't do many of those posts, which is why there's only two example, but the ones they do, do, are pretty much always followed by a big update
I enjoy reading things like this, cool comparing how similar and different they do their designing to me.
