It won't load...I don't know why, but I think it has something to do with the new "SDK 2006, SDK 2007, SDK 2009" listings...
Get SDK 2010?
There is no SDK 2010.
What you can do is open up SDK and click the button that says "Refresh SDK Content". If that doesn't work, exit Steam and do it again. If it's still not working, reinstall SDK and refresh content.
I'm looking at SDK right now and I seem to be encountering the same problem, it's probably a common bug that was caused with the new SDK update.
