[b]Introduction[/b]
I enjoy trading hats for hats so that people end up with the hats they like, that's why I have most of my hats. But I wanted another way to give the community what they want, and so here is the raffle.
I plan to hold future raffles if I can get at least the amount of metal for another hat, if not I will offer up another one of my hats for the next raffle. I would highly appreciate donations in the form of metal and hats for more raffles.

There is currently no raffle until you see a banner.
If you wish to enter, post below. The entry fee is one scrap metal. For a limited time only you can enter the raffle at the price of one polycount set item! (Valid until one of every set is collected).

I am sorry I have to charge for it but I need a way to keep the raffles going, I am in no way gaining anything from the raffle, all metal will go towards new hats for future raffles. When the entry is closed I will I will draw 4 names. The first to be drawn will win the hat, the next 3 will get free entry to the next raffle! Winners will be determined by a non-bias little application I made. It reads the entrants from a text file and puts them into a list then shuffles the list a bunch of times and the 4 first names in the list are shown.
