Just as I saw the hats page on the tf2 wiki, I stumbled across this:
Every 15,430 seconds (4 hours, 17 minutes, and 10 seconds) you have a 3.5714% chance of receiving a hat.
It was originally from a steam forum, but this is a thread i think that i should be let of with the threats for now. But with this, we could calculate the chances of getting a hat in a day.
now the chances of me getting clocks= 100%
