MY First 3 masks were Soldier masks
Single masks go for a reclaimed + a crate or something afaik. Saxton Hale can get you multiple hats. This is from yesterday, so don't take my word as god.
Also, any class can wear any mask.
You can have a Scout wear a Heavy mask for example.
That'll probably get patched, Valve feels the need to fix anything slightly wrong. Except cosmetic bugs that annoy everyone :v:

Nah it seems to be a feature. It means each class can fancy dress as the other classes
