Those sneaky sons of bitches. They encrypted any particle files related to the halloween event (like item_fx.pcf) so TF2 closes when you try to open them in tools mode, so you can say goodbye to your present particles that you can see through walls. I was gonna edit them, but I can't right now.

Actually the GCF can't be loaded properly right now, so you can't extract them yet.

I extracted them with GCFexplorer. Still no dice, since any other pcf file that doesn't contain the Halloween particles opens normally, while the ones that do contain them don't open at all.

If it's your server you can turn on sv_cheats then noclip in then turn it back off.
Instead of editing the particle, edit the material it uses and make it noZ or something

It actually works ingame too.
I hate it when you cant pick the gift up and you have to crouch and walk around it, even worse when there are enemies or teammates that want it.

No problem, i have collected all the mask with a other idea
An admin on the server was nice enough to give me noclip to get it since he didnt know where it was.
