Sounds like some plugin achievement. Its on the FP unsrs server. Course their going to add stuff to the game.
I just asked a friend and apparently it's a soldier achievement i cant find it, but I trust he's right. So yea, just ignore this thread unless it's something else XD
How about just checkin the achievement list ingame under "Soldier-pack" ? If it isn't there, then it's unofficial.
Boostie Boys is Buff Bannering either 15 people in one life or 5 friends at once, I don't recall correctly
The boostie boys for anyone else who does not know is in fact buffing 15 people in one usage of the buff banner.

I originally said that I couldn't find the achievement in my OP, and I still can't. It's not there. I've thoroughly looked through Soldier list and it's not there. That's why I wanted to see if it was a Soldier achievement, and my friend saw this friend and told me through Steam that it was.
You could have looked on TF2 Wiki, rather than making a thread.

Have you hidden achieved achievements? That might be why you cannot see it.

That's weird, mine was 1.
Read the wiki, you can do it in as many as you want as long as its 15 people in 1 life, 15 implies that it can be the same player multiple times due to default max server limit being 28, 14 each team.
Max server limit is 32. 16 on each team. Where the hell did you get 28? The normal limit is 24 but you can force it to 32.

The one you're thinking of is "Banner of Brothers" which sounds similar to "Boostie Boys", I guess.

Boostie boys is buffing 15 people in one life, not at once. I know because I got it that way.
