whenever i start tf2 and join a game, i can play for like a minute, then the game crashes and makes no response, it has been happening since i installed windows 7, i don't really think it's skins or something, because i have none; any ideas how to fix the problem?
only happens in tf2, i can normally play l4d/l4d2

If you already did the standard problem checking (driver update, etc), then try -low in launch options.
Google devicedoctor too, if you're too lazy to check your drivers
I had this problem too.
I solved it by using Source tools register cleaner, defraged the game and verified game cache.

But im using Vista, so i don't know if it will work on 7.

Also, next time you start TF2, set r_queued_ropes to 0 and then try playing a bit.
