Invisible grenade launcher and wrong colour Capotain

This is a problem that's just popped up, my capotain should be white, but it's team coloured, and my grenade launcher (plus all sniper and spy weapons) won't show up.

Demoman: Only Grenade launcher and capotain

Sniper: all weapons won't show up in first person, work fine in third person

Spy: same as sniper

Do you have any skins? You might have been in an sv_pure server.

I have skins, but they've never been a problem until now.

It happens in offline practice and serverside.

dx9 (or greater, not sure) is active, yet the models you mentioned are broken

Yup, I didn't touch the TF2 folder or close tf2.

Playing on an un-serious server, go on offline practice, then broken models and unpainted capotain.
