So, for example, I would make a 5.00 purchase on the Mann co store, and I'd get my items. THEN, for the next few days, I'd be charged 5 dollars a day, even though I dont actually get anything.
To top it off, steam is extremely fucked up today, none of my friends (or me) can access support, our profiles, or anything else.
So how do I fix this? I cant send a support ticket, and theyre now stealing money from me.

I can't add funds, I can sign in perfectly to the website... but as soon as I go to the store the currency changes and it signs me out.

Check your bank/paypal balance and check payment dates you might have clicked the button too much

As far as I can see, the only money being stolen here is by changing the value of money. Seriously, 1$ isn't the same as 1€. It doesn't even let me put money on my wallet because my euros are a little less than 5, while in dollars it's a lot more than that.
Send in a ticket.
