I already done that but it didn't fix the error...
Looks like your graphics card is dying.
How long ago was the replay recorded before you rendered it? That happens with old replays where weapons are all screwed up in first-person view.

But i created the post because is happening again in game...
viewmodel glitches can't be fixed really. They happen with old demos and replays, but i've never heard of it happening ingame while playing. I'd try clearing your /tf/ folder after backing custom maps/custom hud/custom configs if you've got any, and seeing if that fixes it. If it doesn't, there's not much you can do.
Just play with the viewmodels off.

I'm gonna reinstall the game again...
I read the title and I thought it was a server with the weapons' abilities reversed, not the viewmodels fucking up on replays...
I am leaving here dissapointed
