I love hats. I'm not obsessed over them or anything, but I love that little something they add to TF2. So, Facepunch, what sort of hat ideas do you have? I'll be compiling good ones in this here OP, and after a decent amount, I'll email them to Robin.

Yes, but not officially; these are hats I'd like to see VALVe implement, not the community. My reasoning? The hats are only cool when people other than yourself can see them.

Scout: Boyo scouts uniform (play on BSA) has all the fixins and badges (bonk badge, ect)

for christmass they will probably make like 10 hats that can be used on every character, and then each player will get one of the 10 hats at random. Rarity is vaugely there and there will be trading to look forward to.
