It's for the TF2 Beta. The people in that get special experimental weapons. This is for testing certain changes. For instance, the Medic's Regen rate in the recent September 15th update was experimented with in the beta.

Normal items are unrelated.

Also, there's no PDA slot for the Engy.

This actually happened long ago when someone discovered a 'Quality 1 Medigun' in someone's pack, havnig the properties of -365% Overeal Decay rate. Led to a lot of speculation on what it meant, possibly for crafting, but the item disappeared shortly after. I figured they gave up on it, but here this is, with almost every normal item. If anyone remembers the ClientScheme.res, you'll know what the colors mean :v:
