Fixed a crash related to level changes while playing a game with bots
Fixed a potential crash on startup
Remove debug "crash" command on dedicated servers

Aw. It was really fun invading the training servers and doing the funniest things.

I tried to add bots manually on an arena map, and TF2 crashed. Does this happen to anyone else?

I think one's ports would also have to be forwarded as well for the server to be joinable or for it to even show up on the server browser list.
