I just traded for a Vintage Lumbricus Lid, and I kinda noticed "wtf Vintage Lumbricus Lid?!" Can you even get that? So can someone answer my question please? Did I just get something rare or did I get ripped?

I haven't seen any others. Supposedly you get them by deleting an item that has an ID from before the Mann-Conomy Update and then ask Steam Support to put it back. The way the drop system re-calculates the item is that it looks at the ID, sees it's from before Mann-Conomy, and recreates it as a Vintage. The chances of this happening anymore are slimmer since they recently shifted all the item IDs forward by quite a lot and if you ever painted or renamed your item, you've screwed it - the item ID changes when you do that now. Also if you've ever had Steam Support reverse a scam trade or recover items for you, they won't do it again - Support only reverses an item-related mistake for you [i]once[/i] (or at least that's what they say is their policy). After that you're on your own.
