I try to import an image into VTFEdit and it ends up looking like this:

What's wrong with it?
It's supposed to have a transparent background.
That's normal. Test it ingame.
Alright it worked in game, I'm a dumbfuck.
Sprays do that, it's the nature of the vtf file format, for some reason it's transparency is somewhat of a colour vortex which is controlled by alpha channels.
