I have been trying to get various replacements for each of the Nine Class' Ghastly Gibbus and I still need hats for the Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, and Medic.

Blitzkrieg. The Pyro is not a "badass". There is no possible way to make him into a "badass". No one wants to see him as a "badass". He is crazy as shit and that is why everyone loves him. Just fucking deal with the silly hats and smile.
If someone can get a ghastly gibus version of the Saxton Hale hat for me for sniper I would be most happy
