I mean spies are so useless in a 32 or 24 ppl server bumping into ppl and shit and some weapons do too much dmg than the others example heavy's minigun does more damage than soldiers rocket launcher.Oh and demoman ain't a demo anymore hes just using an axe or a sword.
yes bcuz i think game is unbalanced 2 because so many heavies are difficult to beat because they have good weapons valve nerf plz :downs:
Yea, I have been noticing this as well, and how a non buff heavy can take out a 3 level 3 sentry while being shot at and not die... But, I don't know if it's always been like that, I just started noticing it
The only class I'd describe as being underpowered are engys but I assume they'll get the buffs they need with their update. Every other class is fine imo.
Don't play 32 man servers. Best number seems to be more like 18. imo I mean

Spies are amazing in large servers. Maybe you're just playing with sucky spies.

The game's not designed for 32 man servers, so I doubt Valve try and balance that.

I personally think demomen are complete bullshit. Even while playing demoman I feel it's too cheap.
I personally think demomen are complete bullshit. Even while playing demoman I feel it's too cheap.
It's not, it's merely just handled by fine men. If you ask me, it's hard to get kills with him in certain circumstances, such as a open area.
i think that the demoknight is utter shit and barely suits the tf2 style at all, let alone is it balanced
There was a reason why Valve capped the player number in vanilla TF2 at 24; If you go much more than that, it becomes a bit of a clusterfuck.
Don't play 32 man servers. Best number seems to be more like 18. imo I mean
Apparently TF2 was designed to be balanced for teams of 12. :eng101: Can't remember where I read it though so don't take it as gospel.
Spies aren't useless at all on large servers, if you just time your actions right, and you can take out whole bases.
IMO spies are even more useful in larger servers because there is so many people. it makes it easier to blend in.
Funny how 10'ers say this, go back to Steam forums alright
I don't feel like it's unbalanced. Demomen have been overpowered since day one. I don't think that's ever going to change. You just need to learn their ways and deal with it. The skullcutter is annoying. That's about the only weapon I've ever complained about.
Please just get good. jeffcoolguy2k (User was banned for this post ("trolling" - Jimbomcb))
IMO spies are even more useful in larger servers because there is so many people. it makes it easier to blend in.
It's easier to blend in... once you get behind them. Getting past their front line is the trick. Sometimes the only way to get past the demo and soldier spam is to use the dead ringer.
The skullcutter is annoying. That's about the only weapon I've ever complained about.
You complain about a melee weapon wielded by a class moving at heavy speed?
You complain about a melee weapon wielded by a class moving at heavy speed?
Doesn't matter when they can kill me from 15 feet away.
half the time, you cant even go spy because everyone else is a spy and someone has to defend/attack.

It's like Demoman with eyelander/skullcutter is the new MW2
With so many game additions and custom maps, it's hard to be perfectly balanced.
Team Fortress 2 has never been perfectly balanced, and probably never will be. It'll probably never be reoptimized either. :v:
I personally think demomen are complete bullshit. Even while playing demoman I feel it's too cheap.
This. I only play Demoman now if I have to, in cases where my team is being stupid. Whipping out the stickybomb launcher and spamming bombs tends to dominate everything. Sad, since it was meant for traps. Hell, even when I play Demoman, I try to use the Pipes/ScoRes long before resorting to stickyspam. Once you know how to lead them, pipes are godlike.
Are you kidding tf2 is more balanced now than it has ever been since the Medic update
