[url]http://www.tf2items.com[/url] I had a question about the trading on this site. When you press review matches, does it only show people who have the hats/items you wan't, or who also wan't YOUR item?
It only shows people who are willing the trade the hat(s) you selected and the people who would trade it for the hat you offered.
For example, if I wanted to trade the Batter's Helmet for the Rubber Glove, it would only show people with the Rubber Glove who would trade it for a Batter's Helmet.

Probably from people who just ticked any hat as the hat they want to swap it for, so they can look at all the trades and pick whatever they want.
Personally I think any trades set up before the system is actually out are a little preemptive, but at least DF combined every web-based, item-related tool that anyone would want into one site for everyone to use.
I'm not going to set up any trades before the system comes out, though. The only item I would even want is the Cheater's Lament just for novelty completion of my "exclusive item" collection (I'm sure there'll be plenty of people just giving those away). Everything else I'd prefer to just find in-game unless someone is actually willing to take my many duplicate weapons off my hands for a cool hat. :v: I did find the Backbiter's Billycock today, my first real hat since the cheater purge, so I'm really happy right now. :buddy:
It'd be funny if Valve worked with DF and let his site commence actual trades once the trading system comes out. It'd be hilarious if people who set up joke or fraudulent trades had their trades go through automatically as soon as the system hit. :v:
Now all TF2items needs is for the ability to re-arrange my backpack in it. Then it'd be perfect.
