Quick question with hopefully a simple answer on a single item trade?

Okay, so I have two accounts and only 1 computer.

Thats the first problem. One of the accounts is my younger brothers who will play when I am home on weekends or holiday.

He pre-purchased CS:GO and received the AWPER. I bought the game later on my account and obvioulsy didnt get it.

Now when Im home he wants to play CS:GO and not TF2. So I asked if he minded trading over his AWPER.

He couldnt care at this point.

So i went onto his account and opened up the inventory in Steam and it says it is not tradeable and the same thing in game too?

I looked it up and I've seen people trade it.

So the question is... Is this some sort of bug? If not, how can it be fixed? And when fixed can I just do this trade between accounts on 1 computer? Or do I need to find someone elses to help me out?

I have tons of item on my account just not the AWPER which i kind of want, even though i know its not the best to be using...

Any help would be phenominal !!!

if he only has 50 backpack slots then hes f2p meaning he cant trade items (only exception being items given to him by other people but in this case its not since it came from the preorder)

in order to be able to trade it you'd have to purchase tf2 or upgrade by purchasing anything in the mann co store. however you have to add a minimum of $5 to the steam wallet. i personally wouldn't say it's worth it since you can just trade for a genuine awper off tf2outpost.com/tf2tp.com/bazaar.tf/etc for 1~2 keys.

my friend also has this problem and he is premium.
