I have come up with two classes for the game ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Assassin Stereotype: Romainian HP: 150 Ability: Can detect Spys nearby even if they are disguised or cloaked and movement speed is faster then the Scout They are the most deadliest at melee combat Primary Weapon: Sword and Pistol (Can attack with a ranged weapon and sword without having to switch, but less effective Left click fires pistol and right click swings sword) Secondary Weapon: Dual pistols (It a little more effective at range combat) Melee Weapon: Swords (Is much more faster and effective at melee and does more damage when uses his melee weapons) ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Commando Stereotype: Mafia HP:225 Ability:They take 10% less damage from all types of attacks Primary Weapon: Assault Rifle (Also has a grenade launcher attached to it, but it is less effective then the demon man's grenade launcher) Secondary Weapon: Molotovs Melee Weapon: Combat Knife ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Yeah I finally came up with these and I thinks these are perfect and I hope that anyone would support theses ideas!

Gonna put you down lightly. Swords? demoknight is bad enough. Assault Rifles? nope.
they don't fit TF2 style and they sound pretty OP, specially the assassin
I think the best class idea I ever read was the one where it was like a Medic / Engineer combo, and he had some sort of Electrical energy blaster weapon. Of course, if they wanted a class to be able to shoot electricity, they'd probably just make custom weapons for the Engineer / Medic that does that.
OP was playing too much bad games, then he came up with that idea.

My idea for a new class: Primary weapon: Scar secondary weapon at4 perk 1 scavenger perk 2 stopping power perk 3 sit rep
Ok you guys have a point with the Assassin's ability to sees spys so I will cut that one out!
TF2 is fine, we don't need more classes. Hell, the unlockable weapons are specifically made for more playstyle variety, providing classes like demoknight, lucksman, silent spy, wranglineer, battle engie, and everything between. There is enough variety to keep anyone amused for a much longer period of time than in most games. Now with these classes you're proposing, you'd fuck up the game balance so hard it'd make the beta demoman's unkillable stickies and six grenades seem like a breath of fresh air.

Ok I should remove the grenade launch attachment on the Commando's assasult Rifle!
The problem with adding a new class to TF2 (especially 3 years after release) is that the game is already centered on the existing classes. Any new play-styles have already been covered, or could be, by a current class.

No thanks. Most people would gravitate to the assassin class, and leave the other vital classes and roles in TF2.
You know what I want? Class tags. I would totally rename my classes

All of the classes have different ethnicities, Romanian isn't a sterotype. The balance for the assassin is horrible. Deadliest in melee combat, and the fastest class?
What is new that these classes bring to the game? Example, Pyro has DOT. Demo has nades and trap setting. Pyro can see spies pretty well. Just spam and watch the flames. The soldier and demo both have great explosive weapons and every class short of the medic has some hit-scan weapon. The scout and spy both have the ability to do what the assassin does in some way. There are VERY few things that you can add to the game that are not filled by previous weapons.

Might as well add a mw2 guy there. "Stereotype: Romainian" Dunno why i laughed maybe cause this country is kinda of the same.
What about the Battle Mage, Paladin, Ninja, Suicide Bomber, Tibetan Monk, French Chef and Jedi Master? These would all make great classes as well!
