Tf2 loads to the point where it shows the bald guy logo and then it pops up with
TF2 failed to create d3d device, I can however play it in dxlevel 81, but I could play it in dxlevel 9 earlier this week.
You probably didn't do the countdown. 3... 2... 1... LAUNCH!
On topic:
It seems as if it can't load a certain model or a program within the program that can't execute a model.
Re-install?
Re-installed twice.
Did you remove everything in the "tf2" folder?
save your config.cfg though.
System specs are a must-post for a thread like this. As is specifying if you have any special CFGs, and posting them in code tags if you do.
