Help Centering my Crosshair

I just got RaysHud and when I turned on the circle around my crosshair it isn't centered properly. I play on 1280x800 resolution and was wondering if anyone knows the coordinates for the center of the screen or if they could help in any way.

If your resolution is 1280x800, I'd imagine the center would be at (640,400).

Unless that's not how HUD scripting works, I'm really not familiar with it.
