All i can say is MEH, sorry, i just cant sum up my feelings in more words than MEH, maybe if you remodeled his lower jaw to become a skull jaw and $nodraw'd the bottom of his mouth i would be impressed, also high-res that shit, it hurts my eyes.

Someone should help you. I mean like modeling the glasses and lowered his jaw, it'd look good.
Nice concept but you utterly failed on executing it.
This would require remodeling the head, not skinning it.
