Lol, sarcasm.
Before you do this you should do it on an expendable account, as most servers will autoblock you from joining if you try this and you will most likely end up on a global server banlist.
my tutorial:
1. download sourcemod
2. read how to install it on your tf2 client
3. do plugin_load with proper syntax to load the sourcemod .dll in console
4. (this might be different now due to patches, but last time I did it this is how I did it) make your own server through create server, or whatever the new menu uses, or, use map ctf_2fort in console
5. type in console sm_cvar sv_cheats 1
6. you should now be able to go into a public server (that is if it doesn't autoban you) and use host_timescale, with 1 being normal, 0 being stopped and 2 being 2x speed etc etc. due to how source networking works, some things rely on client timers to relay to the server (such as how long your bonk effect has left on it) thus being able to have unlimited bonk and be frozen in place.
7. grief losers who get mad on games, preferably on eGO servers if possible or other equally shit servers such as saigns.de
Bonus step: combine these methods with nameless exploit by copying and pasting this string into console [code]setinfo name "~~ ~"[/code]

Well, my friend was, at least. I'd do that instead.
And I'd also note, once you enter host_framerate 99999, you won't be able to see or do anything. You won't be able to see the enemy team getting mad and tell them "YOU MAD."

I saw some guy get vac banned with this because a valve employee caught him, hah. But yeah this is pretty much safe unless your unlucky and a valve employee is in your game.
Should've taken advantage of the free weekend to do this...
Ha, I remember the old name glitch. I used to use it to my advantage, like in the GMG servers, if you kill someone in the district area and they choose for you to be smited (slayed) the lightening bolt shoots down at you, yet it does nothing.
But it doesn't take long for people to work out ~~ ~ is the only name not on the scoreboard
Wait, so... you could essentially ruin the entire game by having a 2nd person doing it with you, blocking both exits from spawn.
