There used to be a lot of instant respawn servers, but most of them dissapeared for no reason or turned into average servers.

more advanced filter search, I guess

click tf2 on the left panel, and search "respawn" near the top right
Servers like that usually parade 'instant respawn' around in their server's title

Last time I saw a instant respawn server, it was dead instant, the moment your health his 0 you'd be in the spawn.

Spies were jumpscare machines. You'd be suddenly warped into your spawn with your character screaming, a loud POWWWH crit-received sound, and a spy laughter line played loudly by the server.
