Didn't Valve implicitly stated that they would not collect data from such servers? (they're probably counting anything that ain't pure vanilla as "trying to cheat the stats")

Only if one side is really farming kills I think. Lots of people play demo and soldier right now so I guess Valve can't exclude servers from contributing to the score just based on what classes the players play.

only playing demo and soldier on a server isn't cheating.
