I get this every time I start TF2. I don't know why, I tried everything, verifying cache etc. Can anyone help?

Restart steam or erase the TF folder.

I wish people wouldn't make a support thread with doing absolutely nothing themselves to fix it beforehand.

run the program as the administrator?
