What I mean is:

So If the Administrator does not want the Demo and Solider to talk about work, and her ("They might talk about US) Why Does her assistant says that they made the same offer for the Solider?
They are in Opposite Teams! BLU and RED.
I don't get it.
(On a different topic, It seems that they are coloning the mercs for battle or what? but its a game heck.)
EDIT:
It seems that you cannot read.
Correct me if i'm wrong, but aren't both Blu and Red fighting over land? So surely if they found out that both their Administrators were the same person they'd question why she's making them fight over land she already owns, and I believe this is what she was referring to in the fourth page of the first part of the comic. Then surely, because Miss Pauling has told the Demoman that the Soldier is employed by the same Administrator, this would be a plothole. Unless valve planned Miss Pauling to 'slip-up' and reveal they're employed by the same person.
...
She told the Demoman that the Soldier said 'yes' so that the Demoman would want to kill the Soldier even though he doesn't want to. It's all apart of the Announcer's plan. Is this story too complicated for you, lol?

His name isn't "lol".
She means she doesn't want them dwelling upon why she makes them fight/overthrowing her.
He doesn't mean that. In the first comic the Administrator seems concerned that they'll talk about her, and finding out she controls both teams.
And then her assistant tells the Demoman they made the same offer to the Soldier on the other team.

I think they know that. They just don't want the teams to question why.
She's the antagonist between BLU and RED (that we know of). Talking about weapons is fine.
Talking about each teams' plans unbalances things.
*unplugs* It's the scout, idiots...
Both teams know that their weapons come from Mann Co, the demo probably just assumed that's who "we" were/are(?)

They won't talk about that when they are trying to kill each other.
you pepole are dummkopfs.
The Demoman nows Ms Pauline that she works for the administrator, who is working for the same company as he is.
so why would she the administrator offer new weapons to the rival Team, the enemy.

She meant she don't want the demo and the soldier (they're from opposite teams) to discuss. What the Demo says in his lonely-time is no problem. She worries that they might conspire or something similar.

Hahaha the irony.

God dammit how can I break it down for you.
I think that the announcer does not want them to know about that she is the administrator of both companies, fighting with eachother so why is she sending the message to the RED demo that the BLU solider is accepting weapons from RED while he is in BLU

Do they talk about her when being together? No they don't, since she's breaking them apart now.
On the other hand, you do have a point somewhere.
-snip-
Nevermind, I was about to say basically what Elexar said but I was ninjad.
Touché on the comic.

Nobody really knows what they're fighting for, Valve keeps releasing bits of (cool-ass) information every update.
The fun thing is, is the information they release, is often given a whole different meaning when the next bit of information is given free.

Finally, somone who understands it!
Actually, Miss Pauling might think it's alright to tell the Demoman this stuff because she expects him to be drunk and forget it anyway.
I don't understand why nobody gets what the OP is talking about.
The administrator doesn't want the soldier and demoman to talk about their jobs, as that would lead them to realizing they have the same employer. Pauling goes out there and makes it seem like they already knew they had the same employer.
Pretty big plot-hole in my opinion.

Another person who sees what is going on!
if the administrator does ot want them to know that they have the same boss why is she sending her assistant to tell
HURR WE OFFERED THIS DEAL TO YOUR BEST FRIEND WHO IS THE ENEMY OF OUR COMPANY!
[editline]09:21PM[/editline]
And our demo is not shocked by this fact at all...
To be completly honest, if you don't understand this plothole, you either need to educate yourself in TF2 or get some IQ
And another thing. Didn't the demoman kill both his parents in a bomb accident?

I was thinking the same thing.
The cards were never released anyway, so it doesn't matter that much.

The cards arent canon, valve said so.
there is a plot hole in your plot hole.
The announcer is a middle man if you will. she is a mediator that helps keep the battle within limits. She does not hire the teams, but instead, she keeps them in order to make it a fair fight. That is why she does not want them to talk about work or anything, because she wants them to keep going. If they talk about work, they might see a reason to just quit fighting all together and just be them. If they see any reason to not hate eachother, then no war, no money for her and no game for us.
What I hate is them giving a name to the demo man. I can also see that he has a mother, even though, in the MTT video commentary, it says the demo is an orphan.
valve reanimated the demo's mom.
the demo's mom is zombie. The pyro is a girl.
THe pyro fights zombies
The pyro is Zoey ( also hot, teehee )
stupid words.
Box.
Also if she is just a middleman why is she upset, she could stop the fighting...
Damn, that's true.

You didn't get the point. The point is that she shouldn't have anything to do with Soldier when they talk to Demoman, as when they tell him they gave soldier the same offer and he said yes, it's obvious they are fighting under single command (which Demoman didn't necessarily know.), no matter if it is lie or not.
