[del]Today when i joined a server in Tf2 i noticed how every playmodel was in low-quality, like if i ran a FPS-config.

I have tried dxlevel 90 and 95 in the startoptions, i have no autoexec nor custom files and i have even reinstalled the game. Nothing have worked so far.
