Hi,
I am having issues with making myself Admin/operator onto my Team Fortress 2 server.
I downloaded SourceMod and added my STEAMID "99:z" into admins_simple.ini file then saved it and tried to do sm_reloadadmins into my console and it came up as "Uknown command sm_reloadadmins"
I basically read the wiki page and followed every instruction and it still never worked. I tried asking my host and they said I had to pay for Managed Support for it to be done. But I came here instead seeking for help to make me admin on my server.
I got the server a week ago and I have no clue on how to improve the server. I am learning.
If anyone has time to help me or even wants to become a Plugin developer for my server please contact me on here or Skype!

Anyone who can give help or advice will be deeply appreciated.
Thank you
Micky
I remember having this issue before with making a server. I usually use the other method of admins (the longer one with flags etc) and had an issue with Sourcemod. Can't remember what I did to get it working but I found a guide of sorts for counterstrike (replace "cStrike" with TF) which may help.
1.Find and delete your ...cstrike/addons/metamod.vdf file and reboot your srcds server (quit)
2.Rename your folder ...cstrike/addons/ to ...cstrike/-addons/
3.Download MetaMod:Source 1.9.3 and extract addons folder to your server ...cstrike/ folder
4.Download SourceMod 1.5.0, extract addons and cfg folders in your ...cstrike/ folder
5.Generate metamod.vdf, choose Game "Counter-Strike Source" from dropbox and click Generate metamod.vdf
6.Move this file in your ...cstrike/addons/ folder
7.Reboot server (or launch if it is shutdown)
8. Then use rcon (or type without rcon cmd in server console input)
rcon plugin_print
rcon meta list
rcon sm plugins list
Hopefully that'll fix it. If I remember correctly, this is the Steampipe version of doing it. The Wiki talks about the older version I believe.
Although if it doesn't work, a more experienced person will have to fill in.
