A mod that changes every class' dialogue to their respective language.

Does anybody know of a mod like this in existence? For instance, spy speaks in French, Heavy speaks in Russian and Scout speaks in English. I can't see it being hard to make, as it is just audio file replacing, I just know if I tried it, I would fuck up somehow.

You would have to install the game in all it's language variations and then take the sounds from those folders and put them into the original game folder.

The game doesn't come installed with all the languages already in the files? I'm probably wrong on this, but I could've sworn remembering that I was able to mess around with the audio language in Portal.

Don't do it -- the Spy's French voice makes it sound like he's Italian, and anyway the whole localization has good, but inferior voice actors.

It's a common thing to translate French stereotypes into Italian for us.

There's a soundmod for the Soldier with Killing Floor voices, it wouldn't be hard to change them all to Pyro.

To me he just seems to pronounce some phrases weirdly, but for the most part he sounds like a regular French gentleman.
And besides, he is said to speak Spanish and Italian fluently as well, so it fits.
