Because it replaces the backburner while you're on the server.
If you're gonna do somethin' like that, at least make it replace something everybody has, like the gibus.

You can replace a different weapon and play it offline, but Garbor and I were trying it for ages earlier and we couldn't get it to work.

I did the same thing but just applied the effect to the normal wrench (So everyone is guaranteed to have it). That way you don't have to replace an unlock that players may or may not have. So it doesn't *look* golden but it acts just like it and has the description. I also put sparkles on it and colored the wrench's name to yellow so you could at least know that its working.
