What exactly are people thinking? That the update all together is going to come out tonight?
The listed updates on the right side of the main site says 12/17/09, which is when it will be released.
If your talking about the updated blog, then I don't know. Last night it was REALLY late. Around 1 AM on the US east coast.

Valve were asses and released it at around 1 am EST last time, I hope they release it within the hour this time.
